KAZ
KAZは2020年より作品制作を開始し、湘南と東京を拠点に活動するアーティスト。
写真を基盤としながら、インスタレーションや空間構成を通して、「見る」ことの不確かさを探求している。
写真を起点に、イメージが空間や身体、鑑賞者の認識の中で変化していくあり方に着目し、写真を単なる記録ではなく、知覚や判断を問い直すための表現として展開している。
近年は、生成AIによってイメージが容易に生み出される時代を背景に、人間の感覚とAIの認識が交差する「見る」行為をテーマに制作を続けている。

KAZ
KAZ is an artist based in Shonan and Tokyo who began creating work in 2020.
Working primarily with photography, he explores the uncertainty of perception through installation and spatial composition.
Using photography as a point of departure, he focuses on how images transform through space, the body, and the viewer's perception.
Rather than treating photography as a mere means of documentation, he employs it as a medium for reexamining perception and judgment.
In recent years, against the backdrop of an era in which generative AI can easily produce images,
KAZ has continued to explore the act of "seeing" as a point of intersection between human perception and artificial intelligence.
